I normally charge between 2-3%.

Not usually unless there are circumstances with a clear title, or boundary issues etc.

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

I have numerous outlets for marketing your property. Not only will I utilize the multiple listing service, where all other agents can view it and show to their clients but I also have a Facebook page, this page as well as my brokers page.
